Level Up to 7th Grade is coming up!
On August 24th from 12 until 4 p.m., 7th graders will have the opportunity to get to know the teachers, the classrooms, and the opportunities at Iola-Scandinavia Middle School!
We will have some pizza, some games, and fun of all kinds.
Parent Meeting and Tour: 3 p.m.
Join us for a short Middle School orientation with Ms. Bue-Wells followed by a tour given by your 7th grader!
What should your student bring?
Please have your student bring their backpack filled with notebooks and folder for the year. We will be organizing and setting them up for success!
Computer Use Contract
We would like to hand out chromebooks to our 7th graders on August 24th. Please make sure that you’ve completed your student’s online registration in Skyward to assure you’ve signed the Computer Use Contract.

The Middle/High School is looking for a part time library aide to assist with daily operations of the library in the morning. Part Time Middle/High School Library Aide

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist students and staff locate books
Checking materials in/out
Sorting and shelving materials
Pulling materials requested by teachers
Ordering books from the public library
Assist with collection management
Assist in preparing displays and bulletin boards
Monitor students in the library and distance learning rooms
Other duties as assigned by administration or the Library Media Director
The August 14th board meeting will be in the Middle/High School Library at 7:00pm
2023-24 registration is now available in Skyward Family Access for returning students. Please login to complete the registration materials as soon as possible.

The Iola-Scandinavia School District will have a change in leadership for the 2023-24 school year. District Administrator, Ray Przkeurat, has resigned at the end of the 2022-23 school year and Chris Nelson, Middle/High School Principal has been named as his replacement.
