Public Notice of Student Academic Standards

Wisconsin State Statute 120.12(13) and 118.30 (1g)(a)1 requires school boards to clearly identify and adopt the academic standards that will be in effect for the school year. The Iola-Scandinavia School District shall use the Wisconsin Standards for the 2023-24 school year with additional emphasis on specific course/grade level learning outcomes and benchmarks. Wisconsin Academic Standards specify what students know and be able to do in the classroom.

The Iola-Scandinavia School District pursuant to sections 118.30 (1g)(a) and 120.12 (13)(b) of the state statutes will use the following academic standards for the 2023-2024 school year:
