We are ramping up to complete the remaining Capital Referendum work this summer. It will include exterior windows and interior doors at the Elementary School and a secure entrance, a/v booth, door monitor office, and commons facelift at the Middle/High School. One crucial step that needs to occur prior to the high school construction is asbestos abatement in the commons area. To maintain our schedule, we will complete this abatement during spring break (March 31 - April 4th).
Please note that this process will leave the commons with a concrete floor for the remainder of the school year. While this is not ideal, completing this over spring break allowed us to secure a more competitive bid and will provide us an additional week of construction time this summer.
The front entrance, commons, and gym will be off limits March 31- April 4.
